Seeing my pageviews increase lately, I wanted to be very honest and state that I am not a nutritionist or a dietician. Although I am a registered nurse, the information I'm sharing is not intended to reflect scientific evidence or medical advice. The things I write here come from the daily experiences of a middle aged woman, wife and mom trying to find her way back to simpler and better ways to care for her family. You will find recipes and discoveries but very little about specific nutritional information as I am too much a novice to claim I understand it all (yet!)
